• Decline any service request at our discretion
• Use vetted subcontractors or platform partners to fulfill certain deliverables

We make reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed timelines, but all timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client approvals, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of service.

6. Payments & Billing

All fees for services are due in accordance with the pricing agreed at the time of engagement. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount.

• Quoted prices are honored for 30 days from the date of proposal.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• Invoices not paid within agreed terms may be subject to late fees or service suspension.
• Ad spend budgets paid to third-party platforms are separate from our fees and are governed by those platforms' terms.
• We process payments through PCI DSS-compliant payment systems.

7. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver effective marketing services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Communicate feedback clearly and constructively
• Ensure all content, images, or materials provided to us for use in campaigns are legally owned or licensed

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them (such as logos, written content, or website files). Discount Promotions retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, templates, tools, and processes used in delivering services. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available at return-refund-policy.html. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discount Promotions and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Campaign performance outcomes that differ from projections
• Changes to third-party platform algorithms, policies, or availability
• Unauthorized access to client data despite reasonable security measures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies and best practices to every campaign, tech support outcomes depend on the specific issue, device condition, and software involved. While we resolve the vast majority of issues on the first visit, we cannot guarantee resolution in all cases.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and policies, which are separate from and independent of these Terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies that affect campaign performance or delivery.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
