Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2025
At Discount Promotions, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued, services cancelled, and disputes resolved. Please read this policy before engaging our services.
1. Service Refund Policy
Because our marketing services require the time, expertise, and resources of our team, the following conditions apply:
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and address your concerns.
- Cancelled Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project or campaign before our team has started work, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made.
- Cancelled After Work Has Started: If work is already underway, a prorated refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed, at our discretion.
2. Monthly Retainer Cancellations
For clients on ongoing monthly marketing retainers:
- You may cancel at any time with written notice to contact@discountpromotions.net.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the active period.
- Work already in progress for the current month will be completed and delivered before the contract ends.
3. Project-Based Service Cancellations
For one-time projects such as website builds, brand packages, video production, or print materials:
- Cancellation before the discovery or briefing phase earns a full refund.
- Cancellation during active production results in a prorated refund based on work completed.
- Cancellation after final deliverables have been sent is not eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed strategy sessions, audits, or consultation calls
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) on your behalf
- Delivered digital assets including logos, videos, written content, or website files
- Services declined by the client after partial delivery
- Late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before a scheduled session or launch
5. Ad Spend Clarification
Discount Promotions manages paid advertising on your behalf, but ad budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). These funds are separate from our management fees and are governed entirely by the respective platform's refund policies. We have no control over platform-side charges.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us within the applicable timeframe with your name, invoice reference, and a brief description of your concern. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your concern to our management team in writing. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
